How to Merge PDF Files and Reorder Pages Locally

Combine PDFs, extract page ranges, remove blank pages, reorder pages, and rotate scans in your browser.

Choose the operation first

Use merge when you have two or more PDFs. Use extract when you only need a few pages. Use remove when a scan has blank or wrong pages. Use reorder or rotate when the pages are there but in the wrong order or orientation.

Write page ranges carefully

Page ranges are usually the fastest way to work. Use simple ranges like 1-3, 5, or 7-9, then check the output page count before sharing the file.

  • Do not repeat the same page in one range list.
  • Use lower-to-higher ranges like 2-5, not 5-2.
  • Keep the original PDF in case forms or signatures matter.

Know the PDF limits

Changing pages can invalidate digital signatures and may not preserve advanced features like bookmarks, layers, forms, or annotations. For simple documents and scans, local browser processing is usually enough.
